Kelly Air HangPost 3: Jan 24, 2017 I tried aerial yoga for the first time. It was amazing… this would be perfect for all cheerleaders to work on their flexibility and core strength!! Especially the flyers who need continued work in these areas to improve and maintain the skills needed to a top notch flyer.
